Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time
United States: 8 to 15 business days after your order ships.
Other countries: delivery usually takes longer and depends on the destination.

Shipping cost
Free tracked shipping on every order of $70 CAD or more. Every headset order qualifies.
Orders under $70 CAD are charged a flat shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also follow your order on our Track your order page.

Customs and import taxes
Import duties and taxes are included in our prices. You won't be asked to pay anything extra on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, contact us before paying and we will take care of it.

Shipping Protection (optional)
You can add Shipping Protection at checkout. It covers your order if it is lost or stolen in transit. Email us within 45 days of the ship date with your order number. Once confirmed, we send a replacement free of charge or refund your order.
Items damaged in transit are always covered by our 30-Day Defect Guarantee, with or without Shipping Protection.

Delays
Delivery can take longer around holidays, during peak seasons, or because of customs or carrier delays. These are outside our control.

Address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can fix it only before the order ships.
